Alfacort cream is a cream used to treat different conditions of the skin that cause inflammation such as rashes, allergies, insect bites, itching, dermatitis, and eczema. The cream is formulated from hydrocortisone which is a glucocorticoid that has special vasoconstrictive properties that aid in its ability to be used as a potent anti-inflammatory agent. Alfacort cream has a strong anti-itching effect and so is indicated in cases of insect bites or stings, and/or different types of allergic conditions such as dermatitis and eczema. When using the cream, it is recommended that enough time is given for it to be absorbed sufficiently before using other creams and for it to be applied after showering or bathing so that the skin can get the best effect from it. How to use: •Apply Alfacort cream 2-4 times daily until inflammation has been relieved.
